The Amazon Echo Show 11 launched in late 2025 as the successor to the Echo Show 10 (3rd generation), and according to price tracking sites , it’s currently at its lowest price since its release. Amazon is currently offering this smart display for $169.99 (the original price was $219.99). The Echo Show line has always focused on making Alexa a device you can see as well as hear, and this version relies heavily on the display. The 11-inch touchscreen has a resolution of 1920 by 1200 pixels and is about 8 mm thick, making it thinner and larger than the Echo Show 10’s screen. In practice, it’s well-suited for everyday household tasks. You can follow a recipe from across the kitchen, keep a video call open while doing other things, or keep your calendar visible throughout the day.
The most significant design change compared to the Echo Show 10 is that the screen no longer rotates to follow you. Amazon replaced the movable display with a fixed panel that appears to float above the speaker’s fabric base. However, if you want to rotate or tilt the display, Amazon sells a magnetic stand for $39.99. In terms of connectivity, the Echo Show 11 supports Wi-Fi 6E and broader compatibility with smart home systems —it works well with Zigbee, Matter, and Thread, allowing it to function as a control hub for lights, outlets, locks, and other connected devices without an additional bridge. One change longtime Echo users may notice is the absence of a physical shutter camera. Older models had one, so those who valued that extra privacy protection may miss it here.
In terms of functionality, the Echo Show 11 offers the same experience as the smaller Echo Show 8. It comes with Alexa+ , Amazon’s new AI-powered voice assistant, currently in early access and included with a Prime subscription. As noted in a PCMag review , the new Alexa+ seems more conversational and handles natural language queries better. The only real drawback is that the interface can feel cluttered, and you’re paying more for the screen size rather than the new features. If you want a larger display and more powerful sound in one device, this is a worthwhile proposition. If you’re happy with a smaller screen, the Echo Show 8 offers a virtually identical experience for a lower price.
