All the Details on Target’s Response to Amazon’s Big Spring Sale.

Traditionally, spring isn’t a major online shopping season compared to other times of year. Summer brings Prime Day, fall brings Prime Deal Days and Black Friday, and winter brings a slew of holiday sales. But that’s been changing since Amazon launched its Big Spring Sale three years ago. And this year, as usual, Target is competing for your money with its own spring promotion: Circle Deal Days.
What are Circle Deal Days?
“Circle Deal Days” is what Target is calling its spring sale this year. In previous years, Target held a “Circle Week,” which lasted a full week (like Amazon’s “Big Spring Sale,” which runs from March 25th to 31st). This year, it’s significantly shorter.
When are Circle Deal Days?
The upcoming Circle Deal Days events will run from Wednesday, March 25th to Friday, March 27th.
Do I need to be a Target Circle member to shop during Circle Deal Days?
To participate in the sale, you’ll need to be a Target Circle member , but unlike Prime, Target Circle is free. You can sign up in the Target app or at Target.com . If you’re a member of Target’s paid Circle 360 subscription, which starts at $10.99 per month, you’ll get early access starting March 24. Target is also offering bonuses for those who sign up for Circle or Circle 360 before the sale:
-
Join the Target Circle program from March 15th to March 24th and get 15% off your first purchase.
-
Apply for the Target Circle Credit Card and get approved between March 15 and March 27, plus earn $100 in Target Circle Rewards.
-
Sign up for the Target Circle 360 program from March 15th to March 27th and get 50% off an annual subscription.
