In keeping with Nothing’s signature style, these over-ear headphones feature transparent elements and bold geometric details that set them apart from typical matte-black models. But it’s not just about aesthetics. These IP52-rated headphones feature 40mm drivers, hybrid active noise cancellation (ANC), and USB-C and 3.5mm ports. They support high-resolution audio via LDAC , and the Nothing companion app offers both a basic and advanced equalizer for fine-tuning your sound. Battery life is also impressive: 35 hours with ANC enabled and up to 80 hours without it.

But the hardware alone isn’t enough to fully immerse you in the world of wireless headphones —it’s the control scheme that makes them unique. Instead of touchpads or bulky buttons, you get a convenient volume wheel (they call it a “roller”), a multi-function joystick button for navigating tracks, and a customizable button that can switch EQ profiles or noise-canceling modes. The tactile feel takes a little getting used to, but once you do, it becomes intuitive and truly useful. You also get support for spatial audio and multipoint Bluetooth, which work well on Android and iOS. However, comfort can vary. The ear pads aren’t the softest for long-term use, and although they have a soft lining, the shape may not suit everyone. In terms of performance, the active noise cancellation system handles low-frequency noise well (such as aircraft engines and AC hum), but struggles with sharper, unexpected sounds, such as clattering dishes or nearby conversations. The sound profile is quite powerful, especially after a little tweaking of the equalizer in the app, but achieving the best results will require some effort, according to a PCMag review .
