Yes, Apple Music and Apple TV Are Not Working.
If you picked up your iPhone to add to your year-long Apple Music Replay collection , or turned on your TV to watch something like Pluribus , you might have noticed something strange: neither service is working. And it’s not just you: Apple Music, Apple TV, and Game Center are currently unavailable.
This information comes directly from Apple’s System Status website, which monitors all Apple web services and identifies which ones may be experiencing issues. While most Apple services, such as the App Store, Find My iPhone, and iMessage, are in the “Available” status, four are experiencing issues: Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple TV Channels, and Game Center.

It’s unclear what exactly caused the outages, though they all occurred at 2:53 PM (Apple doesn’t specify, but I’m guessing that’s Eastern Time). Of course, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. In fact, Apple Music was down earlier this year , though it was still working for me when Apple reported the outage.
It seems the situation is similar today. Every report says “the issue affected some users,” not everyone. As it turns out, Apple Music works on my Mac, and I can listen to the free Pluribus pilot episode without any issues.
Apple will likely restore these services for affected users. In the meantime, if your Apple Music or Apple TV isn’t working, this is likely the cause.
