Google’s AI Mode Can Now Organize Your Meetings and Event Tickets

Google’s AI mode offers new agent-like capabilities for booking event tickets and beauty and wellness treatments. This means AI will take over much of the work of searching and selecting the best options based on your data.
Google first launched agent-based features for AI Mode in August, which could help find you a table at a restaurant based on factors such as the number of guests, location, cuisine, and preferred dates and times. For example, you could enter the query “find me a table for 8 people next Saturday for a birthday dinner… with a rustic garden setting, al fresco dining, and live music,” and AI Mode would suggest options with booking links. While they won’t actually complete the reservation for you, Google’s AI agents can provide you with real-time availability using a web browser, as well as integrations with OpenTable, Resy, Tock, Ticketmaster, StubHub, SeatGeek, and Booksy.
Google Flights also offers an AI-powered tool called Flight Deals , which can suggest routes based on a general search query (or simply your current location) and then connect you to the main Google Flights interface with booking links.
Use AI to book tickets and schedule appointments
As with restaurant reservations, the AI mode can search for tickets to events, such as concerts, as well as wellness treatments, such as haircuts or massages. Enter parameters, such as the performer’s name, desired service, and price, and the AI agent will provide recommendations with instructions on how to complete the booking.
For example, I used queries like “I’d like to get a massage within the next two weeks with a sports massage therapist. Preferably tickets available on Fridays or evenings” and “Find me tickets to Nate Bargatze’s upcoming show in Utah. Preferably at a mid-price.” AI Mode compiled ticket options by date and price and provided links to booking platforms (such as StubHub, SeatGeek, and Vivid Seats) with the cheapest tickets for each event. Again, the agent can’t actually complete the transaction, but they can guide you through the final steps.
According to the Google Search Labs page, these agent features are available to US users aged 18 and older who are signed in to their Google account. They must have Web & App Activity turned on and agent features enabled in AI mode .
