New to Prime Day? We’ve got everything you need to get started . Sales information is accurate at the time of publication, but prices and stock levels are subject to change.
On August 23rd, I bought a 50-inch Amazon Fire TV Omni QLED Series 4K TV for $379.99. It seemed like a good deal: the list price was $469.99, and it was a nice TV with a 4K display, adaptive brightness, and an Alexa-enabled remote. But today, the same model I bought is on sale for $359.99, which is even less than I paid in August.
Am I mad? Not really. My old TV broke, so I had to buy a new one. The price difference is only $20, so it’s not the end of the world. Besides, it’s the best TV I’ve ever owned, and even the higher price I paid is quite reasonable for a QLED TV. Here’s what it looks like when watching “The Peacemaker” :
Having watched most of Peacemaker , several John Woo films, and played Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 , I think my new TV makes movies, TV shows, and video games look absolutely stunning. And it’s incredibly easy to control; I even use Alexa to switch inputs because saying, “Hey, Alexa, switch to HDMI 1” is easier than fiddling around with menus. It’s a great TV for $359.99, so if you’re in the market for a TV, consider getting one now.
