New to Prime Day? We’ve got everything you need to get started . Sales information is accurate at the time of publication, but prices and stock levels are subject to change.
I take post-workout recovery seriously. I’ve tried every massage gun and non-gun device imaginable, and I can honestly say they’ve changed my life. TheraBody is arguably the most well-known massage gun brand, and right now, the TheraBody TheraGun Prime, which typically retails for $319.99, is on sale on Amazon for $219.99 during Prime Day.
The Theragun Prime truly stands out for its incredible silence compared to most massage guns. Many cheaper models feel like you’re using a power tool to massage your muscles, but Theragun’s QuietForce technology makes the experience pleasant and quiet. You can even use it while watching TV or without disturbing others. Plus, the signature triangular handle is incredibly comfortable, especially when you need to reach hard-to-reach areas on your back and shoulders without straining or asking for help. The battery life is another huge plus: a single charge lasts approximately two hours, meaning you won’t have to constantly fumble for a charging cable.
What’s really cool is that it connects to your phone via Bluetooth. The Therabody app guides you through various programs and shows you how to target specific painful areas, which is very helpful if you’re not quite sure what you’re doing. The Prime has four speed settings, ranging from 1,750 to 2,400 strokes per minute, so you can choose a gentle warm-up or an intense workout after a vigorous workout. It’s versatile enough that beginners won’t feel overwhelmed, yet powerful enough for experienced athletes.
