As the big sales from Walmart , Target , and Best Buy that October’s Prime Day brings approach, early deals are starting to appear. Right now, you can find plenty of early deals on Amazon and Amazon-owned brands , many of which match Prime Day prices (and you don’t need to be a Prime member to take advantage of them). Amazon Echo Buds in-ear headphones with active noise cancellation (ANC) are one of the best deals on the in-ear headphone market right now: they’re currently $34.99 (originally $119.99) after a 71% discount. That’s the lowest price ever, according to price tracking tools .
The best and most distinctive feature of these noise-cancelling headphones is their hands-free voice control. With Alexa, Siri, or Google Assistant on your phone, you can listen to music, podcasts, or audiobooks hands-free, simply by asking the virtual assistant. You can also make calls, set reminders, skip tracks, and do almost anything else your voice assistant can do.
These Echo Buds also support multipoint pairing, allowing you to connect to two devices simultaneously and seamlessly switch between media. The earbuds last up to five hours on battery power and an additional 15 hours with the case (wireless or wireless). They also have an IPX4 water resistance rating. Read PCMag’s full review, which gave them an “excellent” rating , here to learn more about their features and functionality.
In 2023, these earbuds were replaced by the third-generation Echo Buds , a more affordable version without active noise cancellation. Both models are good, but for just $10 more, the version with active noise cancellation is worth it unless you’re looking to save money.
