Samsung introduced a new stem (or “blade”) style with the Galaxy Buds 3. These triangular stems are more than just a visual update — they create two touch surfaces, making pinching and swiping gestures more precise and allowing you to control playback and volume more smoothly and easily. Available in silver or white, these earbuds are also IP57 rated, meaning dust won’t be an issue, and they can withstand rain, sweat , or even a quick dip in water, as long as the charging case stays dry. Comfort is high, and noise cancellation is better than expected for open-back earbuds, though it won’t block out sound as effectively as in-ear designs, this PCMag review notes.
Where the Buds 3 show their limitations is in audio detail and battery life.
