These Amazon Kindle Children’s Books Are on Sale for Labor Day

Labor Day sales are going well, with Home Depot , Best Buy , Walmart , and Amazon all offering great deals on everything. Readers will especially love Amazon’s Kindle Colorsoft deal, but if you have younger readers, both Kindle Kids models are also on sale. Amazon’s classic Kindle Kids is $99.99 (originally $129.99), while the Kindle Colorsoft Kids is $239.99 (originally $269.99), the first discount since its recent release.
The Kindle for kids is always a better deal than the regular adult version, no matter the owner’s age: it comes with a case, no ads, and a few months of Amazon Kids+, which gives you access to tons of books. Kindle Colorsoft Kids was released in July and is essentially the same as the adult version, but with the aforementioned advantages of the kids version. The main difference is the color screen, which is perfect for comics and picture books. It has an adjustable warm backlight, which I personally always use for reading at night. The battery lasts for 8 weeks, and a subscription to Amazon Kids+ is provided for 12 months.
The cheaper Kindle Kids doesn’t support color display, but it’s much cheaper at $99.99. The screen is an inch smaller at 6 inches, but still has 300 ppi and 16 GB of storage. Battery life is slightly shorter at 6 weeks, but it’s still plenty.
