These Are the Best Pre-Order Deals for the New Pixel 10

Google’s new Pixel 10 phones are officially here, and if you’re excited about the built-in Magic Cue assistant , updated Tensor G5 chipset, improved photo editing , or other new features, you won’t have long to wait. Pre-orders for all four phones are now open, with shipping scheduled for next Thursday, August 28, for the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL. You’ll have to wait a bit longer for the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold , as shipping doesn’t start until Thursday, October 9.

I’ve scoured the web and identified the best places to pre-order if you’re ready to join the Pixel 10 club.

Google

If you want a Pixel phone, this is the obvious place to go, and Google is very proud of its new line of phones. The company is also offering trade-ins for your old phone, with $400 for a Pixel 9 or $550 for an iPhone 16, for example. Check the site to see what your phone is worth.

When you buy these phones, you’ll also get a Google Store credit: $100 off the Pixel 10, $200 off the Pixel 10 Pro or Pixel 10 Pro XL, and $350 off the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. The offer ends September 4.

Amazon

The Pixel 10 series is also available on Amazon, though the Pixel 10 Pro Fold is a bit later. There are no trade-in offers, but keep an eye out for special discounts that pop up from time to time.

For a limited time, Amazon is offering gift cards with the following phones: $100 Pixel 10, $200 Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL, and $300 Pixel 10 Pro Fold. The offer ends September 4.

Best buy

All of these Pixel 10 phones are also available at Best Buy, and you can take advantage of the trade-in: Depending on which phone you buy and what you trade in, you can get up to $760 back on your purchase.

There are also gift cards that match Google credit: $100 for the Pixel 10, $200 for the Pixel 10 Pro or Pixel 10 Pro XL, and $350 for the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. The site’s description also doesn’t specify an expiration date for the offers.

AT&T

You can also pre-order these Google phones through your carrier, though not all storage options are available. AT&T customers can get a Pixel 10 Pro or 10 Pro XL for free, and trade in a Pixel if your plan is over $76 per month.

Verizon

If you’re a subscriber to Verizon’s Unlimited Ultimate plan, you can get as much as $1,000 back on a Pixel 10 Pro XL or Pixel 10 Pro Fold, or get a Pixel 10 Pro for free by trading in an eligible phone from Google, Samsung, Motorola, or Apple.

At the time of writing, the only carrier selling the Pixel 10 Pro Fold is Verizon.

T-Mobile

T-Mobile has trade-in offers for those on the Experience Beyond plan: Specifically, you can get a free Pixel 10 Pro or $1,000 off a Pixel Pro XL, but you’ll need to go through a process to make sure you have the right phone T-Mobile wants.

Xfinity Mobile

Finally, Xfinity Mobile offers up to $1,000 in trade-ins for Premium Unlimited or Unlimited Premium Flex plan holders, depending on your current device model. That amount could even cover the full price of a Pixel 10 or Pixel 10 Pro.
