The Top-of-the-Line Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Is Now $200 Off

If you’ve been eyeing a top-end Android smartphone but have been holding off because of the price, then buying the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra just got a little easier. It’s currently $1,099.99 on Amazon, which is $200 off its regular price of $1,299.99. That’s no small price, but considering our reviewer David Neild called it “ the best phone Samsung has ever made ” and gave it a 4.5 out of 5 star rating, now might be the time to finally upgrade . Plus, with Wi-Fi 7 , Bluetooth 5.3, and the longest software support Samsung has ever offered, the S25 Ultra feels about as future-proof as a phone can get.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra sticks to a familiar formula, but it also improves on the basics in ways that matter. The 6.9-inch display is still huge, but it’s now easier on the eyes thanks to thinner bezels and a new anti-glare coating that effectively eliminates glare. It’s bright, smooth, and fast at 120Hz , and the softened corners make it feel less of a brick in your hand. Samsung has also beefed up durability with a titanium frame and improved Gorilla Armor glass (which should be even tougher than last year’s already tough model ), as well as an IP68 rating. As for the camera, the quad-lens setup at the back delivers consistently excellent results. You’ll still get Samsung’s classic over-brightness and some false colors when zooming in low light, but the overall image quality is excellent.

What do you think at the moment?

Performance doesn’t disappoint either. The Snapdragon 8 Elite chip under the hood keeps the entire device running smoothly, whether you’re multitasking, gaming, or using AI features. Speaking of which, One UI 7 based on Android 15 brings smarter AI features to the S25 Ultra , like Cross App Actions, which lets you combine tasks between apps with fewer steps. The S Pen is here too, as always, hidden in the body, although it reportedly protrudes a bit and doesn’t fit quite as snugly. As for battery life, it lasts for over 14 hours with maximum screen use, and while Samsung still doesn’t include a charger in the box, it does support 45W fast charging and wireless capabilities.
