Google has officially announced the Google Pixel 10 series, which will launch in August alongside the Pixel Watch 4, so it makes sense that the company is trying to get rid of older models with discounts. The Pixel 8 Pro is currently on sale for $599.99 (originally $999.99), with the Pixel Watch 2 ($199.99) and official Pixel 8 Pro case ($34.99) both included. It’s a great deal if you’re looking to get a Pro phone on a budget or want to start your journey into the Google ecosystem.
The Pixel 8 Pro offers about nine hours of battery life. The smartphone is equipped with a 50 MP, 48 MP, 48 MP main camera and a 10.5 MP front camera. The OLED screen has a diagonal of 6.7 inches, a resolution of 2992 x 1344 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Peak brightness reaches 2400 nits. The Pixel 8 Pro is still a great phone even in 2025, with support for a ton of AI features that keep the phone feeling modern even a year after its release. Google has also been working hard to patch vulnerabilities in its Pixel phones since the Pixel 6, meaning the Pixel 8 Pro will be supported with software updates for a while (up to seven years ). Google also continues to roll out new Pixel features every few months, including “ Audio Magic Eraser ,” which removes distracting sounds in videos, and a “Best Take” feature that lets you choose the best shot from a series of photos.
The Pixel Watch 2 offers 33 hours of battery life, a Qualcomm 5100 processor, a vibrant AMOLED screen, and a host of features including an accelerometer, GPS, blood oxygen sensor, temperature sensor, and more.
