New to Prime Day? We’ve got everything you need to get started . Sales information is accurate at time of publication, but prices and stock levels are subject to change.
This Prime Day has been surprisingly generous with discounts on Nintendo games , but if you prefer to play on Xbox or PlayStation, don’t worry — there are actually even more deals on those platforms, whether you’re looking for classics like Elden Ring or recent hits like Black Myth: Wukong .
The problem is that even for multi-platform games, some deals may not be available on your console of choice. Or, for games like Alan Wake 2 Deluxe Edition , the discount on one platform may be bigger than on another. These deals may change as stocks fluctuate, but for now I’ve listed in parentheses the platforms that had deals at the time of writing.
Still, there’s a good variety on offer. Personally, I’ve been on a Star Wars kick lately, so I’ll probably pick up Star Wars Outlaws while it’s on sale. That’s one of the perks of buying these games on sale – Star Wars Outlaws came out in a completely different state , and I think I’ll enjoy it more now that it’s had time to “melt down.” Then there’s a game like Split Fiction , which I tried on the Nintendo Switch 2 but am dying to play on a system with better graphics. Deals like these are a great way to save yourself some guilt by upgrading to a version you might like better, provided you have the hardware to do so. Regardless of your reason for buying, though, there’s plenty to enjoy. There are discounts on RPGs, horror games, platformers, and more, so there’s something for gamers of all stripes this Prime Day.
Looking for something different? Retailers like Walmart, Best Buy, and Home Depot are running Prime Day sales that are especially helpful if you don’t have an Amazon Prime subscription.
