Premiere Day Ends Tonight, and Here’s the Fitness Equipment You Should Buy Before It Ends.

Prime Day 2025 ends tonight, and before it’s over, Lifehacker is sharing the best sales based on product reviews, comparisons, and price tracking tools.

Today is the last day of Prime Day (sing along to the Twelve Days of Christmas), so today is your last chance to score fitness gear at bargain prices during the sale. Here are the best deals I found on bikes, treadmills, smartwatches, weights, accessories, and more.

Prime Day’s Best Deals on Fitness Trackers

Below I’ll cover a few smartwatches, but first I’d like to highlight a few more trackers:

What do you think at the moment?

  • Oura Ring 4 in black or silver , $297 (regular price $349). The Oura Ring 4 went on sale for the first time this week, and you can read my review of it here . It’s a significant improvement over the third-generation ring.

  • Oura Ring 4 in Matte Silver or Matte Black , $339 (regular price $399)

  • Oura Ring 4 in gold , $424 (regular price $499)

  • Whoop 5.0 with a 12-month “One” subscription costs $169 (regular price is $199). It’s a budget plan, but it includes the same hardware as the mid-range plan most people use, so you can always upgrade later if you decide you like it.

  • RingConn 2nd Gen Ring in Silver or Black , $209.30 (regular price $299). I haven’t tested this tracker myself, but it’s a free alternative to the Oura ring.

  • Ultrahuman Ring , $296 (regular price $349). This is another non-subscription ring option, and all colors are the same price. I’ve been wearing this ring (review coming soon) and can say that the app works pretty well, though the vibe is very different than Oura. Less Zen, more biohacking. If I were choosing based on price alone, Ultrahuman would beat Oura out handily.

Prime Day’s Best Cardio Equipment Deals

Rowers

  • Hydrow Pro Rowing Machine: Today’s price is down to $1,735 , down from $2,195. This rowing machine features a 22-inch HD screen that lets you stream workouts live and on-demand. Subscriptions are $44 per month. The smaller Hydrow Wave is $1,453 , down from $1,695.

  • Peloton Row: $2,964.99 today, regular price $3,295.

Bicycles

Treadmills

  • NordicTrack T-Series Treadmills : The 6.5S model is now $664 , down from $799. Other T-Series models are also available at the same link.

  • NordicTrack Commercial Treadmills : The Commercial 2540 model is priced at $2,499 , down from its previous price of $2,999. It goes up to 14 mph and can climb up to 12%. What’s special about this model is that it can also climb up to 3%, which is incredibly useful if you’re training for a class that involves a lot of downhills that you’ll need to get used to. This treadmill also folds upright to save space.

  • Proform Carbon Treadmills: The Proform Carbon TL is $463.99 , down from $599. It has a built-in fan and a compact design.

Prime Day’s Best Smartwatch Deals

Amazfit

  • Amazfit T-Rex 3 : $199.99 , regular price $279.99. Amazfit’s offerings are budget-friendly, but they’ve become more impressive each year, and the T-Rex 3 is one of the brand’s best models. You can read my colleague Matthew Miller’s review of it here — he loved it.

  • Amazfit Active 2 : $99.99 , regular price $129.99. This one also beats expectations. You’re telling me we’re getting sapphire glass and built-in maps for $99? I’m impressed. (So is Matthew Miller — here’s his review .)

Fitbit

  • Fitbit Charge 6 : $99.95 today (regular price $159), a great price for a tracker that does the basics well. (See my review here .)

  • Fitbit Inspire 3 : $74.95 (regular price $99.95) This is Fitbit’s budget tracker without its own GPS module — it uses the GPS receiver of the connected phone.

Garmin

  • Garmin Forerunner 955 : $349.99 (originally $599.99) This is arguably Garmin’s best deal to date, as it’s a Forerunner with built-in mapping and a ton of advanced running features. It’s an older model (preceded by the 965 and 970), but Garmins have a solid range and won’t feel “old” anytime soon. The only downside is the MIP screen , which is an older technology, but some people still like it.

  • Garmin Forerunner 255 : $199.99 (was $349.99). Same pros and cons as the 955. It’s an older model (replaced by the 265 and 570), but it’s a great running watch that will last for years to come. I’d recommend it over the Forerunner 165 , a newer entry-level model that also retails for $231.99 (was $249.99) . The 255 has more features, like dual-band GPS, compatibility with cycling power meters, and additional analytics like workout status tracking.

  • Garmin Epix Pro (gen 2) Sapphire: $609.99 (originally $1099.99)

  • Garmin Venu 3 and 3S : $399.99 , originally $449.99. The Venu 3 is Garmin’s smartest watch, with voice calling and ECG features. The 3S is the same thing, but in a smaller size. If you like the Venu’s style but are looking for a more budget-friendly watch, try the Vivoactive 5 ($190.99, originally $299).

  • Garmin Instinct 2X Solar : $299.99 , originally $449.99. This is another slightly older model (there’s an Instinct 3 series now), but it’s still a great price for a great watch. This watch has a solar battery, an LED flashlight, and multi-band GPS in a rugged case — great for hiking and other outdoor activities.

Apple

Google Pixel

  • Pixel Watch 3 : $299.99 , down from $399.99. This is the newest Pixel watch I’ve reviewed here. It’s great not only as an Android smartwatch, but also as a fitness tracker.

  • Pixel Watch 2 : $206.34 , originally $249.99.

Samsung Galaxy

Prime Day’s Best Deals on Workout Headphones

  • Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 : $124.95 , down from $179.95. These are the best bone conduction headphones out there. Bone conduction lets you hear your surroundings at all times, and the ear hooks ensure you never lose them or get them loose. Be sure to check the size chart to see if you should order a mini or standard size.

  • Shokz OpenRun : $89.95 , down from $129.95. These have slightly shorter battery life and the sound quality isn’t as good as the Pros, but they’re still great headphones. I have an older model of these, and they’re great for working out.

  • Shokz OpenFit 2 : $124.95 (was $179.95) These are a pair of separate over-the-ear headphones.

  • Powerbeats Pro 2 : $179.95 , down from $249.99. I like these earbuds for their secure fit and the inclusion of noise-canceling for busy gyms and a transparency mode for outdoor runs. However, the supposed heart-rate monitoring feature is unreliable. Here’s my review .

  • Beats Solo 4 : $97.99 , down from $199.99. These over-ear Bluetooth headphones are great for the gym. It’s hard to argue with the 50-hour battery life and 50% off price.

Prime Day’s Best Deals on Adjustable Dumbbells

  • Powerblock Pro 100 : This 100-pound dumbbell (sold individually) is $509.99 , originally $599.99.

  • CAP Adjustabells (10 to 55 lbs) : $208.99 per pair, down from $299. This is an entry-level set that holds up to 55 pounds each and is sold in pairs.

  • Lifepro Adjustable Dumbbells (5 to 25 lbs) : $159.99 per pair, down from $199.99. Lifepro also has a 90-pound adjustable dumbbell for $255.99 , down from $319.99.

Prime Day’s Best Deals on Home Gym Equipment

  • Keppi Adjustable Bench : $195.96 , originally $279.99 I have this bench in my home gym and it’s great – very sturdy for curls and easy to adjust.

  • Lat Pulldown Handle Kit : $96.79 , down from $120.99. This kit includes five handles in varying widths, from a narrow neutral grip to an extra-wide grip.

  • Bar and Bumper Wheel Kit : $406.10 for the kit, which includes 370 pounds (177 kg). That’s $1.10 per pound, which is a steal for bumper wheels.

Prime Day’s Best Deals on Fitness Accessories

  • Adidas Defender 4.0 Duffel Bag : $27 for size medium , down from $45. I tell you every year that this is my favorite duffel bag, and it’s still true: My six-year-old Defender in size small still fits everything perfectly and looks like new.

  • Ativafit Weighted Vest : $53.19 , down from $69.99. This vest is adjustable from 0.9 to 10 kg, which will suit most of your backpacking needs.

  • Flipbelt Running Belt : $27.75 , down from $37. This is one of my favorite running belts , holds a ton of stuff.

  • Nathan Pinnacle Race Hydration Vest for Men/Unisex : $97.60 , down from $180.

  • Nathan’s Women’s Pinnacle Breeze Hydration Vest : $103.99 , down from $129.99.

  • Stanley IceFlow Tumbler : $26.25 , down from $40, keeps your water cold on a hot day at the gym or on a mountain pass. (I’m a big fan of bringing an ice-cold drink to enjoy when I get back to the car after a run.)

Prime Day’s Best Heart Rate Monitor Deals

  • Coospo H6 : $23.99 (was $29.99) This is my favorite chest strap that I’ve had for three years now and it’s still in great condition.

  • Coospo H8086 : $26.26 (was $36.99) Similar to the H6, but this is a newer model with an LED indicator.

  • Polar H10 : $76.19 (was $104.95) A classic, reliable choice with built-in memory.

  • Polar Verity Sense : $84.95 (was $104.90) This is a wrist monitor with an optical sensor — not as accurate, but still better than a wrist sensor. If you find chest straps uncomfortable, a wrist monitor is a better option.

Looking for something different? Retailers like Walmart, Best Buy, and Home Depot are running Prime Day sales that are especially helpful if you don’t have an Amazon Prime subscription.

  • Walmart’s Prime Day sale starts at midnight on July 8 and includes discounts of up to 50% . It’s an especially great deal for those with a Walmart+ subscription.

  • Best Buy’s Prime Day sale , Black Friday in July, runs through Sunday, July 13, and is one of the best tech deals online . It’s an especially good deal for My Best Buy Plus or Total members.

  • Home Depot has extended its Fourth of July sale through at least July 9, offering some great deals . This is an especially great deal if you’re looking for power tools, appliances, or outdoor gear.
