With the remaining hours of Amazon Prime Day, you may need to start prioritizing sales that are worth spending your hard-earned cash on. If you’re still building out your kitchen appliance arsenal, I recommend considering an air fryer as one of your last purchases. There are some great models that are reliable enough to justify their regular retail price, and while they’re on sale, they’re even harder to pass up. Here are some of the best air fryers to buy while they’re still on sale.
Air fryers are one of the most useful kitchen appliances these days, thanks to their speed and superior crispiness. Even the cheapest air fryer will be pretty damn good at its intended purpose (though who knows how long the cheapest model will last). These air fryers have either already made my best-selling list or are great for a certain type of cook or for large batches.
Instant Pot Vortex 6 qt.
The Instant Vortex 6-Quart Air Fryer was my first, and it will always have a place in my heart and on my counter. I find this model to be ideal for everyday cooking. I use it almost every day to quickly prepare simple meals, often without any oil at all. My Vortex cooking routine includes roasting sweet potatoes , peppers , and a whole pork tenderloin . Ninja Crispy
I don’t think people usually expect air fryers to be portable, but the Ninja Crispi completely defies that expectation. This air fryer features a removable lid with convection function and comes with two different sized glass bowls. Cuisinart Air Fryer with Convection Toaster Oven
One of my biggest gripes with air fryers is noise. The convection fan can be quite noisy. The Cuisinart Air Fryer and Toaster Oven, however, is a gift for those who ride in quiet train cars. I love its even cooking and subtle hum, but fans of analog technology will appreciate the spring-loaded timer and different dials. I tested this air fryer and wrote a review here . Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro
While I haven’t tried this model myself, I’ve heard that its large capacity and 13 cooking functions make it a must-have. Breville is a premium brand, and this model typically retails for $399.95. The Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro is currently on sale for $319.95 . If you’ve been eyeing it, now’s the time to take a chance.

Inspired by combi ovens , this trendy air fryer features a steam injection feature. A little steam (as long as it’s not released through the vents all at once) will help keep your roast juicy and prevent other foods from drying out. If steam is important to you, you might want to invest in a full-fledged combi oven. Check out this model while it’s still on sale . The Our Place Wonder Oven is on sale for $140 , down 20% from its $175 retail price.
Instant Pot Rotisserie Air Fryer
Air fryers only have one heating element, which is usually located on the top or side of the appliance. While this works great in most cases, it can leave the bottom uncooked or require you to flip your food. However, this Instant Pot air fryer with rotisserie feature does all the work for you. It’s currently 41% off for just $94.95 .
Emeril Lagasse Extra Large Double Door
For those who frequently cook large batches or like to cook on multiple racks at once, a regular air fryer with a basket may not be the right choice. The Emeril Lagasse Double Door Air Fryer, an oven-like appliance, lets you cook multiple items at once (think broccoli on one rack and chicken fingers on another). Double doors provide easy access to your food, and windows let you monitor the cooking process. It’s currently on sale for $149.99 , more than $50 off.
Ninja DoubleStack XL
Another great addition for large families or those who like to cook everything at once, the Ninja DoubleStack XL has two completely separate baskets that heat and operate independently of each other. It’s easy to operate, and during my tests, I was able to cook four different dishes at once. (Read my full review here .) It’s currently available for $209.99.
