New to Prime Day? We’ve got everything you need to get started . Sales information is accurate at time of publication, but prices and stock levels are subject to change.
If you’re looking for new budget-friendly earbuds, check out the third-generation Amazon Echo Buds, which are currently 60% off as part of Prime Day, bringing the price down to $20. With clear sound, hands-free controls, and a durable yet portable design, they’re great for both workouts and everyday use.
Equipped with 12mm drivers, these Echo Buds deliver clear audio for music and podcasts. They’re also lightweight (just over 0.17 ounces) and made from IPX2 sweat-resistant material, making them ideal for sweaty workouts. However, their semi-earbuds have received mixed reviews, with some users noting that the earbuds tend to fall out.
With the companion app, you can turn on and off features like Find My to help you find your lost earbuds. You can also use Alexa voice commands hands-free and easily switch between different Bluetooth devices. Alexa users will get all the built-in features, but these earbuds are also compatible with Google Assistant and Siri.
The battery lasts up to 5 hours on a single charge, or up to 20 hours with the included charging case. The quick charge feature provides 2 hours of play in just 15 minutes. You can also customize touch controls to mute, answer calls, and skip tracks.
The sound quality may not satisfy audiophiles accustomed to brands like Sony or JBL with rich bass, and these headphones do not support active noise cancellation. Some users also report microphone issues in noisy or windy areas. Still, for $20, these are not a bad option.
