These Budget Samsung Headphones Just Got Even Cheaper During Prime Day

Prime Day 2025 runs from Tuesday, July 8 through Friday, July 11, and Lifehacker is sharing the best sales based on product reviews, comparisons, and price tracking tools.

If your headphone budget is stuck somewhere below $60, Prime Day just delivered a decent option (at their lowest price ever, according to price tracker data ). The Samsung Galaxy Buds FE are priced at $52.24 (was $99.99), and while they don’t tick every box, they’re pretty close, especially if you’re already a Samsung ecosystem user. The active noise cancellation (ANC) is good for the price, the bass is powerful, and call quality is good in everyday situations.

There are no extras like multipoint pairing or wireless charging , and the IPX2 waterproof rating limits them to light rain and maybe the occasional splash (definitely not for HIIT sessions at the gym). Battery life is decent, though: about six hours with noise cancellation on, and up to 21 hours with the case. Controls are intuitive once you get used to the touchpads, though accidental presses are still possible. And while the Samsung Wearables app doesn’t have a customizable equalizer slider, it does have enough presets for everyday listening. However, the app is only available for Android. iPhone users can connect via Bluetooth, but most features won’t be available.

For Samsung phone and tablet users, the real magic is in the integration with other devices. The Auto Switch feature lets you switch from Galaxy Tab to Galaxy during a call or listening to music without having to dig into settings. That’s a rare perk in this price range, notes PCMag’s review . Yes, the app could be more customizable and the water resistance could be better, but if you want powerful active noise cancellation, decent sound, and features that befit Samsung’s earbuds, the Galaxy Buds FE are worth a try, especially at this price.
