Unless you plan to open your own professional gym, there’s no point in spending thousands of dollars on a treadmill. In my opinion, the main advantage of this model is its compact design. The system automatically adjusts the treadmill’s speed and incline to your workout. And for those who prefer to track their progress across multiple platforms, iFIT syncs with Strava , Garmin , and Apple Health .
