Google’s Pixel Buds Pro 2 are surprisingly great earbuds, especially for Android users. In addition to standard features like noise cancellation and a charging case, they use Google’s AI capabilities to implement useful features like recognizing when you’re trying to talk and pausing your music. And they’re more affordable than ever.
The Pixel Buds Pro 2 typically cost around $230, but this week they dropped to an all-time low of $160 . For that money, you can choose from a variety of colors, including Porcelain, Walnut, Peony, and Wintergreen. Or, if you’re not into marketing, white, gray, pink, and green.
The earbuds promise an impressive 8 hours of battery life on a single charge, and that’s with active noise cancellation turned on. The charging case extends that to 30 hours, but you can extend that even further by turning off active noise cancellation. They’re also IPX4 water-resistant, meaning they’ll withstand even intense workouts.
Thanks to their affiliation with the Android ecosystem, the Pixel Buds Pro 2 easily connect to any Android device and can even switch between them easily. If you’ve used Google’s quick pairing feature to connect your phone or Pixel Watch , you can quickly switch between devices with a tap.
