New to Prime Day? We’ve got the lowdown on everything you need to know . Sales are accurate at the time of publication, but prices and inventory are always subject to change.
I’ve been keeping notebooks since I was a kid. I have boxes full of twenty years’ worth of musings about crushes, garden plans, and recipes. But for most of 2023, I lost my cheesemaking notebook and was devastated.
Meet Rocketbook . Think of Rocketbook as a hybrid of a paper notebook and a tablet: you write in it like a regular notebook (lined, unlined, grid, to-do lists, calendars — Rocketbook has it all), and when you’re done, you press a button in the app and the page is saved to the cloud. Better yet, there’s no subscription fee. When you’re done, just wipe the page with a cloth and start again.
As someone who tends to procrastinate and forget (and as someone who survived a house fire in her 20s and lost almost everything), cloud backup is invaluable. But I also like the weight of my Rocketbook. It’s easy to write in, and I love the smoothness of the pages and the glide of the pen.
It’s not a tablet, and that’s part of what I love about it. It’s the perfect hybrid of paper and technology. I can use one notebook for everything, and then organize my downloads: gardening, cooking, sketching, etc. The app is super easy to use, and the notebook comes in all sorts of colors. You can even decorate the outside of it like a real notebook. Rocketbooks also don’t cost much more than a good notebook. Mine is usually $39.99, but it’s on sale for $24.99 right now. Considering how quickly I buy notebooks, this is a godsend.
