The latest version of the Oura ring, the Oura Ring 4 , is on sale today as part of Prime Day on Amazon for just $297. This model was released last fall and hasn’t been on sale since. Today, all colors are 15% off if you buy them on Amazon.
The Oura Ring 4 is a great tracker for sleep and basic health data like HRV. You can read my review here . It bills itself as an all-round fitness tracker, though I found it to be a bit lackluster in some areas, like activity tracking — it’s just not designed for the same fitness features as a Garmin or even a Fitbit. You also won’t be able to wear it while lifting weights.
That said, I find the Oura ring easy enough to track, and it’s comfortable enough to ignore — I wear it almost all the time. You can read my four-year review here . The ring tracks trends in my sleep and recovery data, and is the most comfortable and low-maintenance wearable I’ve ever worn.

To buy an Oura Ring, you’ll need to know your size. Sizing kits are also available on Amazon, but if you want to know your size quickly, here’s a tip: Best Buy stores carry sizing kits. If you have a friend who has (or was thinking about buying) an Oura Ring 4, you can also ask them to use their old sizing kit. Keep in mind that third-generation sizing kits do not work with the Oura Ring 4. The ring’s internal shape has changed between versions, which affects the sizing.
Also: Keep in mind that you’ll also need to pay a $5.99/month subscription to use the Oura ring. Without the subscription, the included app is useless, and the ring doesn’t actually do anything without the app . So be sure to budget for that, too.
Looking for something else? Retailers like Walmart, Best Buy, and Home Depot are running Prime Day sales that are especially helpful if you don’t have Amazon Prime.
