My Favorite Robot Vacuum Is Over 50x Off on Prime Day

I test and review a lot of robot vacuums and mops. They’re usually premium or flagship models, which makes the Switchbot K10+ an exception, but it still impresses me every time I use it — so much so that it’s one of the few vacuums I’ve kept for myself. Right now, during Prime Day, it’s $179, more than half its usual price.
What makes this model so special? It’s tiny. About two-thirds the size of a typical robot vacuum, it can get between and under spaces that few other robots can. Its small size also makes it a little more nimble, so it doesn’t get stuck in places where larger robot vacuums would get stuck. It’s also quiet, which is a welcome feature in smaller spaces.
Despite having about half the suction power of premium robots, it does a great job on carpet, hardwood, tile, or rugs. The tower is small and self-cleaning. The Switchbot app is simple and easy to use, allowing you to create your own maps and schedules.
One caveat to note is that this model is technically a vacuum/mop combo. There is a Swiffer-type attachment for the bottom, but I find it useless. Ignore the mop entirely and just treat it like the great vacuum cleaner that it is.
This model was updated to the K10+ Pro last year with some extra suction (from 2500 Pa to 3000 Pa), which is also fantastic. This newer model also retails for $254.99 – but that’s only 15% off its regular price. That’s still an amazing price for a competent robot vacuum, but the original K10+ is still a better deal. The Pro hasn’t evolved enough to justify that much extra cash.
Overall, I think most people should buy a vacuum and mop combo these days — I’ve given the K10+ to a few people for their offices or small homes, and they’ve all raved about the machine. The current sale puts it under $200, and at that price, it’s the best deal on a robot vacuum.
