I’ve been testing and evaluating smart fans for the past year, and I have to say I’m a convert. I grew up in Arizona, so I know heat, and I thought I knew fans… but using Dreo fans has made my home much more comfortable, and I want you to too. Here’s why they’re radically different from other brands, and which fan you should buy.
My main complaint about the fans was that they were impossible to clean. I spent way too much time trying to take the fans apart or crawling between the grilles to try to clean the blades. But the Dreo fans are designed to be easy to take apart. There are no complicated parts — you just unscrew the front, pull out the blades, and wash them in the sink. The process is so smooth, you’ll find yourself doing it more often than you think.
A smart fan may seem silly and unnecessary, but I’ve tested few smart products that give me as much comfort as being able to adjust a fan from where I’m sitting. And it doesn’t just blow air left and right — with the Polyfans I have in every bedroom, you can also adjust the vertical and horizontal direction. You want that… trust me. Being able to lie in bed and adjust the fan is a real luxury.
Standard fans have intensity levels, and the higher the intensity, the sharper the wind feels. And while I sometimes like the “blast” setting on the Dreo fans, my favorite setting is called “natural,” which changes the speed and strength of the airflow to legitimately feel like a cool breeze.
Dreo fans are so sweet that words fail to describe them. If I sound like a superfan, I am. I have seven Dreo fans in my home, from table fans in the kitchen and office to Polyfans in the bedrooms and ceiling fans in every room. I’m pretty sure people who buy any other fan haven’t seen a Dreo yet. Right now, several are on sale for Prime Day, and you’ll know when you buy one.
