The PlayStation 5 Pro just dropped to $649 on Amazon from its original $699.99, and for those who were waiting for a price drop, that’s the lowest price ever (according to price trackers).
Sony didn’t reinvent the wheel with the Pro. The outside looks familiar, but inside it gets real upgrades: a more powerful GPU, faster memory, and a larger 2TB SSD for storing more games without constantly shuffling. And if you’re looking for extra power now rather than waiting for the PlayStation 6, and you’re happy with how your games load (or are willing to add a disc drive later), that price cut makes the PS5 Pro a much easier choice.
