Ikarao Portable Karaoke Machine Over $100 Off

We live in the best time in history when it was possible to bring karaoke into your home. I’ve had the pleasure of using the new Soundcore Rave 3S karaoke speaker , which turns any song into a karaoke track at the touch of a button, as well as the Shell S1 ultraportable karaoke speaker from Ikarao for many house parties. But if you’re looking for a more powerful speaker that’s still compact and portable, consider the Break X2, also from Ikarao, which currently costs $349.98 (originally $469.99), its lowest price, according to price trackers . You can read more about this in this review by Lifehacker staff writer Steven Johnson .

The Break X2 is the most powerful of the three karaoke speakers I mentioned in terms of power, meaning that it will sound best at maximum volume with the least distortion. It is ideal for those who want to have a self-contained karaoke machine in their living room. The package includes two wireless Bluetooth microphones, which are stored inside and automatically charged. The microphones are of good quality and sound much better than the Soundcore Rave 3S.

The screen is a 10-inch Android touchscreen display that comes pre-installed with a few apps, although you’ll likely mostly use the YouTube widget. (You can find almost any karaoke song for free on YouTube.) But if you’re looking for a more premium experience, the speaker comes with a six-month Karaoke app, Karafun, which is incredibly fun (read my Shell S1 review for more on that).

What are your thoughts so far?

The battery will last about eight hours, but you can always plug it into the mains. You can also connect an HDMI cable to see the lyrics on your TV and have a real party.
