There Is an Easy Way to Recover Deleted ICloud Files
The next time you accidentally delete something from iCloud, you don’t have to open four different pages to restore it. Instead, you can go to the iCloud data recovery page and find almost everything you need in one place. This page allows you to recover deleted files from iCloud Drive, Calendar and Contacts, and also saves deleted Safari bookmarks.
How to Use iCloud Data Recovery Page
Even if your iCloud account is linked to Apple services, you probably don’t visit its website that often. I usually go into my iPhone’s settings to check all the information related to iCloud, but not everything is easy to find there. That’s why you may have missed the iCloud data recovery page , which is well designed and neatly puts all the information you need into various cards that you can access. When you open the website and sign in to your Apple account, you will see four cards:

Recover files

Restore bookmarks

Restore contacts

Restore calendars
You can click on any map to get more information. The Recover Files card shows all documents deleted from your Files app in the last 30 days, but note that it only shows files synced to iCloud Drive, so it won’t be able to help you with files stored locally. Click “Recover Files” to see the option to undo the deletion of the files or, alternatively, delete them permanently. You can also do this on a per-file basis if you want to keep some but get rid of others.
Likewise, click any other card to see any bookmarks, calendars, or contacts you’ve deleted in the last 30 days, with the option to either permanently get rid of them or restore them to your account. However, you should know that contacts work a little differently. When you restore contacts, you need to select the archive of your contact list from the last 30 days, and your contact list will change according to this archive. This means that contacts you added after archiving your list will be removed from your account and stored in the new archive. Unfortunately, it is impossible to restore only one or two deleted contacts using this method.
Recover Deleted Photos in iCloud
Unfortunately, there are no photos on the data recovery page. To restore them, you will have to visit another web page. Go to iCloud.com , click Photos , and select the Recently Deleted album in the left pane. Alternatively, you can follow this direct link or open the Photos app on your iPhone/iPad, scroll to the Utilities section and tap Recently Deleted . This will allow you to recover deleted iCloud photos.
