From a design perspective, the Mandalorian theme isn’t just a sticker thrown on. It features a Beskar Steel theme, with Din Djarin and Mudhorn’s signet on the speaker tags. It’s an attractive look no doubt, but in terms of comfort it’s more of a mixed bag. The rectangular earcups are padded with memory foam and synthetic leather for softness and breathability. However, the rubberized headband may press down a little more than desired during long sessions, especially compared to headsets with a more suspended design, PCMag’s review noted. The controls are compact but can be fiddly: the small four-way switch that lets you toggle volume and the game/chat mix may not be the easiest to use if you have larger hands.

What are your thoughts so far?

Performance is generally ok. The A30 supports both Bluetooth and 2.4GHz wireless via a USB-A dongle (a USB-C dongle is sold separately if you want one for your Switch or PS5 ). It works with PC, Xbox, PlayStation and mobile devices, but reportedly switching between systems can be tedious, especially when audio levels drop if you forget to switch modes. There’s also no built-in spatial audio, so you’ll have to rely on your system’s surround settings . When it comes to sound, the A30 favors clarity over rough bass. Music and in-game audio sound detailed at moderate volumes, but everything levels out if you turn up the volume too much. The boom mic is good for chatting, but not sharp enough for streaming or recording . You can adjust settings like the equalizer through the Logitech G app, but it only has two presets.
