Amazon’s big spring sale is a good reason to buy fitness equipment. Keep reading for some of the best deals I’ve ever seen, including NordicTrack treadmills, foldable WalkingPads, and even the infamous assault bike. Best Deals on Adjustable Dumbbells
Adjustable dumbbells are a great way to accommodate a variety of arm weights in a small home gym. The nicer brands tend to be expensive and are rarely seen on a good sale – as far as I can tell, Powerblocks haven’t been on sale at all since Black Friday. (I’ve already written about the best adjustable dumbbell sets if you want to know the pros and cons of different brands.)

This is not a hinge mount, but simply a protection for the end of the rod that prevents it from tearing the floor. You can cut a tennis ball, but it’s a little neater and probably more durable.
