This Is the Cheapest Oura Ring I’ve Ever Seen.
Act fast if you want to snag an Oura ring at a deep discount—some are available today for as little as $199 in Amazon’s spring sale . I see this offering on Generation 3 rings in the Heritage shape, silver or black.
This ring is a third generation, or gen 3, ring. It is not the newest Oura ring, but it is still a solid choice with all the same core features as the new gen 4. I have a comparison of the 3rd and 4th gen rings if you want to know what you’re missing. The 4th generation model collects the same data, but is sometimes more accurate, has a wider range of sizes, and has a smooth interior rather than the bumps on the sensor like the 3rd generation. Personally, I’ve worn both, but as I type this I have the 3rd generation ring on my finger – it’s completely normal. ( You can read more about my years of experience using Oura rings here .)
The rings, priced at $199, come in Heritage style with a flat top and come in silver or black. (Other colors cost more.) As of this writing, the offer is available in all sizes, from 6 to 13. If you want the sleek Horizon model, it’s available for $249, which is also a good price. Since the 4th generation rings were released in late 2024, the 3rd generation rings have been priced at least $50 less than their original price (which was $299 and up, with Heritage being the cheapest). Sometimes they would get $100 off. This price of $199 is the lowest I’ve ever seen for any Oura ring – it’s $150 below the original price of the ring for this style and color.
The Oura Ring still requires a $5.99 per month subscription to take advantage of its best features, so be sure to factor that into your budget. Also, please note that you will need to know your ring size to order, and that 3rd generation ring sizes are not the same as 4th generation ring sizes. Your best bet is to find a 3rd generation sizing kit to try on in person before ordering.
