Cooking for Thanksgiving? Neither do I! The idea of spending the day stuffing friends and family is appealing, but for many of us, the prospect of cooking all that food first is downright overwhelming.
We can’t all be kitchen wizards, which is why many restaurants have started selling entire Thanksgiving meals that you can take home and serve as if you spent the entire day in the kitchen. Whether you’re looking for a full shebang or a few sides to complement the at-home offerings, here are eight national chains where you can pick up your holiday fare this year.
If you’re feeding a bunch of people for Thanksgiving 2024
If you need a full meal, don’t worry. You have options.

Denny’s is offering a “Turkey Pack” for 2024. For $54.99 you get enough sliced turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy and cranberry sauce for four people, plus you can choose an extra side. You can order it between Friday 22 November and Wednesday 27 November, but you must order it at least 24 hours before you want to collect it.

In 2024, Cracker Barrel will focus entirely on heating and serving food, with different price levels and offerings for everyone. For example, for $184.99 you can get enough turkey, casserole, pie and more to feed eight to 10 people. (Feeding four to six costs $119.99.) These options are available from November 23 to December 1, although there are others available at various intervals throughout the holiday season, so you can rest assured that the next two months of hosting will go smoothly. If you’re looking to prepare an Italian Thanksgiving meal, Buca de Beppo can help. Their Thanksgiving specials are available for both dine-in and takeout, and you’ll get 10% off if you order by November 26th. Golden Corral has food to feed six to eight people: turkey, ham or beef, plus mashed potatoes, stuffing and sides. Like last year, they have a la carte options in addition to the standard fare, but prices will drop significantly in 2024, with full meals starting at just $99.99, down from $109.99 and up from last year. However, the last day to order for pickup is November 20th, so be quick.
If you’re looking for smaller options for Thanksgiving this year…
Perhaps you need a few sides to go with the rest of your home-cooked meal, or you’re dining in a low-key setting with yourself or one or two other people. You don’t need a giant takeout order for this, but you can try these options (in addition to the a la carte offerings from the restaurants above).

Popeye’s is offering Cajun turkey again this year, although it’s more expensive than before. It costs $99.99, feeds eight to 12 people, and is delivered to your door already prepared. Thaw, heat and eat. Since we’re talking about Popeye’s, be sure to order a few sides to go with it.
