Belt Bag – the Best Bag for Summer Travel

Summer travel makes me think about new experiences, wonderful memories, and all the different foods lined up in front of me. But first comes the stress: the stress of packing the right things and the stress of following the fickle airport rules.

Well, I hope I can make all your future travels a little less stressful, because I’m about to reveal the secret to my favorite travel accessory: the humble fanny pack.

Is it a fanny pack, fanny pack or fanny pack?

A fanny pack may also be called a fanny pack, fanny pack, or fanny pack, depending on who is selling it. It’s a small but powerful bag with an adjustable strap that can be attached to your waist or worn as a chest bag. Unlike a backpack or bag, the orientation of the strap allows it to be placed directly on the front of the body.

I’m not entirely sure why the fanny pack – a former staple of the ’90s – has fallen out of fashion and acquired a slightly boring reputation, but I encourage you to embrace it. ( Clearly, the youth are on their way. ) If scrunchies and vinyl make a comeback, then I think we can all embrace this functional slice of nerd chic. This will make you a better traveler.

Why a fanny pack is the best travel bag

The fanny pack is a small bag and in no way replaces your luggage. Think of a fanny pack as a little helper. For those of you who think I have nothing to worry about at the airport, believe me when I say mine has actually saved me a lot of worry. Here’s how:

  • The ease of it all. Using a fanny pack makes working in hectic environments much easier. Unlike a handbag or luggage, this bag attaches to your waist or chest, making it hands-free and not something that can be easily forgotten somewhere. This simple bag is more accessible than any other bag because it can be placed directly in front of you, rather than behind you or at an awkward angle.

  • Safe storage. When I traveled abroad, my biggest concern was my passport. You have to grab it and put it away quickly at the airport several times, and you’re almost always in a hurry. I always put my passport in my pocket here and there, and then I forgot where it was. Now my passport fits easily into my fanny pack and I can easily check it if I get panicked. This applies to my phone and any other small valuables that I may need at any time.

  • It’s not a personal thing. One of the biggest advantages is that a fanny pack is not considered a personal item, unlike a handbag. A fanny pack is often too small to be considered luggage, and because of the way it attaches to your waist, it’s probably part of your outfit.

  • Variety of styles and styles. There are many different sizes and styles (like those in the product list above) that make it easy to transform a fanny pack into a crossbody bag or sling bag for everyday carry while sightseeing. This eliminates the need to take an extra bag with you in your luggage.

In addition to my passport and phone, I usually add a wallet, power bank, sunglasses, lip balm, keys and headphones to my flight. It all fits comfortably into my small Herschel hip bag . I can scan my passport, show my ID, pay for a pack of Twizzlers, and charge my phone, all without slowing down. I’m no longer that person rummaging through my backpack and holding up a line of angry New Yorkers. I hope you don’t either.
