What’s New on Disney+ in August 2024
August is another bright month for original content on Disney+. Weekly releases of a new reality travel show Are You Sure?! (August) will be published every Thursday. The series stars BTS members Jimin and Jung Kook as they explore New York State, the Korean island of Jeju and Sapporo, Japan before serving in the military. Disney+ has other content featuring BTS, including the documentary series BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star and the concert film BTS: Permission to Dance on Stage – Los Angeles .
The streamer is also premiering the second season of Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures (Aug. 14), an animated series set in the Star Wars universe aimed at young viewers. The second season of the series’ short films will also be released this month (August 2).
