How Amazon Prime Student Members Can Get a $25 Ticket Home for the Holidays
It sounds too good to be true, but it’s only partly true: Amazon is offering $25 flights home to students this holiday season. Of course, not every student gets this deal, but if you’re a Prime Student member, you could be one of the lucky ones. December 7th is your last day to attempt to apply for a promotion. Who is eligible for $25 flights?
Amazon is partnering with StudentUniverse on this deal and offering it to its Prime Student members—so, of course, you’ll need Prime Student . Prime Student is a half-off Amazon Prime membership only for college students. Members get everything regular Prime users get, like faster shipping, access to Prime Video and Amazon Music, free food delivery through Grubhub, and a free month of AI-powered study help from Course Hero. After a six-month trial, it will cost $69 per year. That’s not a bad deal if you’re part of the Amazon ecosystem (right?).

How to book holiday flights for $25?
Prime Student members can use this link tomorrow, December 7th, for a chance to score one of 1,000 $25 flights available that day. Eligible flights include domestic flights departing between December 8 and 25, and return flights (if applicable) between December 8 and January 14, 2024.
Amazon and StudentUniverse’s goal, according to a press release, is to “make vacation travel more accessible to students.” (Really, their goal is to get you to sign up for a Prime Student membership and/or collect your data, but I’ll let them pat themselves on the back a little.)
1,000 tickets will become available at 12:00 pm PST/3:00 pm EST, so set your alarm and be prepared to call early to try to get yours. If you don’t buy a $25 ticket, StudentUniverse will show you cheap flights on the travel dates you select, and Amazon Student may provide additional discounts as long as you have an account on both and are logged in when you try to take the cheap flight .
