Anyone who purchased any Vizzy hard seltzer in the United States between January 1, 2020 and March 10, 2023, excluding resale, is eligible to participate in the settlement.

How much you get in a settlement will depend on how many packs or individual cans you bought. Here’s what you can expect:

  • $5 for each 24-pack purchased
  • $3 for each 12-pack purchased
  • $0.75 per can purchased

If you do not have proof of purchase, the maximum payment per household is $15. Each person with a valid application is expected to receive at least $6, depending on the number of claims and other factors.

Toyota Prius had faulty inverters and IPM

Toyota agreed to pay $20 million because their Prius from 2010 to 2015 and Prius V from 2012 to 2017 had faulty inverters and intelligent power modules (IPMs) that failed prematurely. If you owned or rented a Prius V from 2010 to 2015 or a Prius V from 2012 to 2017 as of May 19, 2022, you are eligible for this settlement.

The amount you may receive is actually a refund, which will vary depending on the specific costs you paid out of pocket, including the costs of replacing or repairing the inverter and IPM, and associated costs such as rent. vehicle and towing costs. Discover violated the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) by unsolicited calling people with pre-recorded credit card accounts they didn’t own.

If you were not a Discover customer and received an artificial or pre-recorded call from them between August 25, 2017 and February 7, 2023 regarding a credit card bill, you are eligible to apply. No mention of evidence to send a claim.

It is estimated that each applicant will receive between $40 and $110 depending on the number of valid claims filed. If there are enough remaining funds, a second round of payments will be made.

Lufthansa canceled your flights during COVID-19 and didn’t refund your money

The $50 million settlement is intended to settle claims that Lufthansa was unable to reimburse customers for flights that were canceled due to COVID-19 related restrictions. If you have purchased tickets for a Lufthansa flight scheduled between 01 January 2020 and 16 August 2021 and your flight has been cancelled, you are eligible to apply.

There are two subclasses of applicants. If you have already received a refund from Lufthansa for your canceled flight, you can choose between a $10 cash payment or a $45 voucher for future Lufthansa, Swiss International Airlines, Austrian Airlines or Brussels Airlines flights. If you have not received a refund, you are entitled to a full refund of the cost of your flight plus 1% interest. You will need to provide your ticket booking number as proof of purchase.

Wells Fargo agreed to pay $3.75 million to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging they facilitated an Equitybuild Ponzi scheme that cost consumers millions.

Audi had faulty gateway control modules on their vehicles.

Volkswagen agreed to a class action settlement because some Audi vehicles were equipped with faulty gateway control modules. If you have owned or rented an Audi vehicle of any of the following models and years, you are eligible for this settlement:

  • Any 2018-2021 Audi Q5 or SQ5
  • Any 2021 Audi Q5 Sportback or SQ5 Sportback
  • Some 2022 Audi Q5, SQ5, Q5 Sportbacks or SQ5 Sportbacks
  • Selected Audi RS 6 or RS 7 Avants 2021-2022 models
  • Selected Audi A6 or A7 models 2019-2022

You can also check your vehicle’s VIN on the settlement website to determine if you are eligible for the program.
