Experian Settlement is a Bigger Payout
January 30 : Under the settlement , Experian agreed to pay $22.45 million to settle claims for misclassifying some housing information as “high risk” when checking their credit reports. There are two different entitlements: policy change class and money class. Only Money Class will receive payments, which can range from $300 to $900 depending on how many people have applied.
