13 Best Rewatch TV Podcasts
TV show reruns are taking over the podcast zeitgeist. It’s kind of an easy sell – creating content around something that has already won the hearts of a dedicated audience, hitting us with a sense of nostalgia and offering an opportunity to reflect on the evolution of pop culture and television – bonus points if someone who made the show is involved. But with so many of these shows, we thought it would be helpful to name a dozen of our favorites. Some of these shows offer specific ideas about how we were there, or just a very funny joke; some of them are able to squeeze understanding out of a long topic, others are so interesting that they stand on their own, even if you have never watched the show they focus on. (And stay tuned until the end for a pair that is mostly – or completely – fake, but perhaps the most brilliant of them all.)
