Here’s how you can use the Netflix website to change the “auto-play” setting for your account.

  • Go to your Netflix account page.
  • Click the profile with the setting you want to change.
  • Click “Edit” next to “Playback Setting”.

HBO Max gives you the ability to view the end credits “in the moment” as well as permanent customization. To watch to the end of a single episode by default:

  • Apple TV: Press the Menu button on your Apple TV remote.
  • Other TV devices: Press the back button on the remote control.
  • Phones, tablets, and computers: Click the X next to the Next Issue button.

To permanently disable the HBO Max “go to next episode” countdown:
