Redfin broke down major metro areas to identify the three “most popular” zip codes in each , although the report only used September 2021 data. Here are the most popular areas in the country:

  • South Sarasota, Florida.
  • Eastern Venice, Florida.
  • Englewood, Florida.
  • Venice, Florida.
  • Nokomis, Florida.
