Aside from toddlers trying to stay awake, if you ask almost anyone else, they will tell you that they are tired – if not exhausted. In addition to being constantly busy, many people are likely to blame the lack of restful sleep for their constant fatigue.
And since there are so many new products on the market that promise to make us fall asleep, it’s hard to tell which ones – if any – are sometimes very expensive. If you are thinking about trying out some of them, you might be interested in the new competition for the job of your dreams for which you will be paid $ 2,000. Here’s what you need to know.
What the job entails
The position is at Sleep Junkie, which is looking for someone to test and review the latest sleeping pills and devices, so that, according to the job description , “put together a complete sleep guide for troubled sleepers around the world.”
Over the course of eight weeks, the selected candidate will review eight different sleep products, including pillows, bedding, eye masks, and attachments, after testing each one for a week. It takes approximately one hour to complete an overview of each product using the online form. The person selected for this role will earn $ 2,000 in time spent testing and analyzing sleep products – all that remains for him.
Requirements for work
To qualify for this position, candidates must be at least 21 years old, live in the United States, have excellent writing skills, and have a smartphone compatible with sleep tracking apps. The eight-week testing period for the product will begin on January 22, 2022; anyone who is unavailable or unable to complete tasks during this time should not apply.
And one more thing: Sleep Junkie only looks for people with sleep problems. “If you sleep professionally, please sit with it,” reads the job description . They’re not kidding: There is a second phase of the application process, in which those selected to advance to the next round must wear sleep trackers for a specified period of time in order to prove that it is really difficult for them to fall asleep at night. …
