How to Make $ 30 at the Google Pay Spring Challenge Event
To celebrate the launch of the new Google Pay GPay app, Google is hosting a Spring Contest where users have a chance to win $ 30. The event is live now and will run until April 22, although there are only 200,000 gifts available, which means that those $ 30 gifts could be lost before April 22 and you need to act quickly if you want this free cash.
The GPay Spring Challenge challenges users to complete quests to unlock animal stamps. The task list changes daily, but includes actions such as:
- Opening the Spring Challenge page in GPay
- Pay friends and businesses with GPay
- Invite friends to the app
- Activating spending statistics for your account
- Using special offers
- Gifts and brands
- And more.
Some tasks will earn you a mark for completing them once, while others will need to be repeated several times. Five stamps can be collected: Alligator, Bear, Elk, Fox and Robin. You need to collect one stamp of each animal to receive the $ 30 gift, but the stamps are awarded randomly after completing the quest, and some are less common than others.
According to the Spring Challenge fine print, the probability of each stamp being dropped is:
- Alligator: 95%
- Bear: 95%
- Elk: 5%
- Fox: 5%
- Robin: 95%
This number of drops will make it difficult to collect all five stamps, but luckily there are several ways to increase your chances of getting each stamp and winning $ 30 before the Spring Challenge is complete (or before all of them are claimed). Here are some tips:
- Always check your daily tasks: the list of activities will be updated every day. Do as much as you can each day and take advantage of simple steps that can be done multiple times.
- Invite your friends: If you refer your friends to the app, you both get stamps.
- Wait for account setup to complete: Users can choose to “activate expense analytics” when they first sign up for GPay, but you should postpone this step to easily mark the days it appears in the to-do list.
- Exchange stamps with others: you can see which stamps are in your friends’ collection in the Spring Challenge tab in GPay, and you can also donate duplicate stamps from your collection. You can also send inquiries for stamps that you have not found yet.
