It has been several years since renowned universities began offering some of their courses online to everyone – students or not – and, in some cases, free of charge. You were probably very excited when you first heard of this concept and bookmarked several different courses that you planned to take when you had time. (You know, because you wanted to give yourself the opportunity to really immerse yourself in the material.)
Well, maybe it’s time for you to grit your teeth and sign up. The next step is choosing a course. To narrow range of issues, the good guys from the Business Insider compiled a list of the nine free online courses offered by New York University (NYU), covering several disciplines.
It should be noted that while the classes themselves are free, if you want to receive the actual certificate associated with the course, you will have to pay for it. Anyway, here are some options .
