Is This TikTok Hack the Best Way to Clean an Egg?
I love hard boiled eggs. I add them to salads, make stuffed eggs (probably more than I should) and eat them as a healthy snack. I was intrigued when a TikTok video showed a clean way to peel an egg in one quick swipe. This trick can be perfect for a quick hard-boiled egg snack, especially when peeling seems to take longer than cooking time. (My personal problem is the clean skin, as sometimes I spend too much time cutting off small pieces of the shell, or the pieces of egg white come off during peeling.)
Hacking involves cracking and peeling a small hole on one side and cracking the other end until it looses but peels off. When the cracks have formed, you bring the egg with the small hole end to your mouth and blow. Check out TikTok here for an idea of what should happen when you blow an egg.
