Apple hosted a short but enjoyable iPhone 12 event today that spanned five upcoming devices: the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12 Pro Max, and the new HomePod Mini. If you missed the live stream, we have a separate post detailing the hardware specs of each new device. However, in this post, we’ll show you when and where you can pre-order the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, and HomePod Mini, and when they hit store shelves.
iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max
We all knew the iPhone 12 was coming soon, but we didn’t know what shape the phone would take. It turns out Apple is working on four models: the 6.1-inch iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro, the 5.4-inch iPhone 12 Mini, and the powerful 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max.
They all feature flat-edged aluminum cases, XDR displays, 5G networking and powerful cameras, especially the 12 Pro Max. The iPhone 12 and 12 Mini come in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB models; The iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max will come in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB options. You can learn more about the specs and new features of each phone in our iPhone 12 hardware comparison guide.
When it comes to pricing, each phone naturally starts with different prices, but some carriers will have them a little more expensive.

HomePod Mini
Apple kicked off the show with the new HomePod Mini, a spherical mesh speaker that Apple is promoting as a versatile smart home device similar to the Alexa-powered Amazon Echo devices. HomePod Mini is built for high-quality audio playback, but you can also use it to control your entire smart home setup and other Apple products with Siri commands.
HomePod Mini will retail for $ 99. Pre-orders open November 6 and ship on November 16.
