How to Play With Testicles
Many people touch their testicles awkwardly because they are afraid of hurting the person attached to them. They are sensitive, it is true, but it can work both ways – handling them can also be extremely pleasant for the testicle sufferer. Here is your guide to playing balls.
Find hotspots
The entire scrotum is quite sensitive, but there are a couple of things to watch out for:
- Suture between the two testicles.
- The underside of the bag is where the bag turns into tint.
- The area where the sac meets the shaft of the penis.
Of course, your partner may have other points that elicit a pleasant reaction when teased or touched, so take your time with the entire area.
Get the right pressure
The testicles need to be handled with care, but they don’t need to be touched so lightly that they don’t tickle. If you are nervous about how much pressure you can use, ask your partner if he is ready to experiment. Take the testicles in your hands with the most gentle touch. Increase the pressure very, very slowly, and ask your partner to let you know when they are no longer feeling pleasure. Then gradually release the pressure and ask when it’s okay again. This will give you a range of pressure to play with (for reference, this is also a great penis trick to use).
Combine sensations
Ball play works well with other activities in the bedroom. Engage them when you do handwork and blowjobs. Grasp the penis with one hand or mouth and the testicles with the other. Or use your mouth on your testicles and your hands on your penis. It is usually best to first touch the penis before touching the balls to avoid the tickling reaction that ball contact can sometimes cause. You can also go the other direction and play doubles fake or anal play. Or pay attention to your penis, balls, and anus at the same time.
Use a lubricant
Lube can make the ball game more enjoyable for both of you. This helps your hands glide better over the skin and enhances the sensation of touching the person. Lubricate your testicles while doing manual work and walk into town all over your crotch.
Learn different techniques
There are tons of different ways to play with testicles. Here are some ideas:
- Gently pinch the seam (the skin between the two testicles) with your thumb and forefinger. Slowly and gently slide your fingers downward, allowing them to slide off the edge of the ball bag. Return to the base of his testicles and repeat.
- Wrap your fingertips around the base of the testicles and slowly slide your fingertips over the ball bag, allowing your fingers to slide off the edge. Return to base and repeat. You can also try this trick for light scratches.
- Try tracing a curved “W” across your testicles with your tongue. Start on the left side of your inner thigh. Lick the bottom of the testis, up the suture between the two testicles, again down the suture, then down around the bottom of the right testicle.
- Or try drawing a figure 8 on both testicles.
- Wrap both testicles with your hand and pull slightly.
- Take each balloon in your mouth, please, one at a time. Most people’s mouths are too small to accommodate both, and you risk accidentally damaging your teeth, so focus on one at a time. Draw wide circles around the testicle with your tongue while it is in your mouth.
- If your partner is experiencing a little pain from their pleasure, try patting the ball lightly. Not everyone will enjoy this tricky trick, so don’t try it until you ask!
- Try an endless brushstroke. Turn your body to face your partner’s feet. Wrap one hand around the base of the bag where it meets the plaque. The course from the base of the testicles to the glans penis. (During part of this maneuver, the balls and penis will be in your hand at the same time.) Once your hand touches your head, repeat the movement with your other hand. (This trick works even better with grease.)
Do not twist
I’ve seen some sex tips that tell you to juggle balls in your hand as if you were playing with small balls. Do not do this! The left ball should remain on the left and the right one should remain on the right. Twisting them can cause serious damage. Let them stay where they are.
Try new poses
The ball game can be fun from all angles. Have your partner stand in front of you while you sit or kneel; this will give you access to every inch of the bag. Or try lying on your back with your partner sitting on your face, lowering their testicles into your mouth and either holding them there or moving them in and out (yes, this is known as a “tea bag”). Or ask them to get on all fours and lick the testicles from behind. You can also enable anal play here very easily.
Use a ball game to take a breather
If your partner is close to orgasm, but neither of you wants to cum just yet, stop focusing on the penis and pay attention only to the balls. It’s still very enjoyable, but probably not enough to push things to the limit. This article was originally published in 2017 and updated in August 2020 by Joel Cunningham.
