You Should Keep a Tiny Bottle With Bubbles in the Refrigerator.
There are many terrible things happening in the world right now, but while being sad or angry about terrible things is perfectly normal and fair, it doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy or even celebrate when good things happen. Even the little things. Since nothing is more festive than champagne (or prosecco if you’re less than rich), it’s a good idea to have a tiny bottle of champagne with you to highlight those fleeting happy moments.
Damn it, it could even be a can of champagne. But having a chilled serving of sparkling wine ready to drink in the refrigerator means you can immediately enjoy spontaneous moments of wellness from the comfort of your home to buy something. Whether it’s a promotion, a job offer, a negative medical test, a sporting victory, or some personal milestone, popping a bottle – no matter how tiny – will never make you stop and enjoy the moment. (If you don’t drink alcohol, buy a really good soda lemonade or an expensive CBD drink.)

At first, it may seem like celebrating a little good deed is selfless. After all, there are a lot of very serious troubles going on that deserve your attention. But focusing only on bad things can lead to fatigue, grumpiness, and burnout, and tired, grumpy, burned-out people are not as effective when it comes to helping you deal with very bad things.
Therefore, please always keep a small bottle (or can) of this special sparkling drink in the refrigerator. Maybe even keep a few bottles in there. Then, the next time something good happens, open it up, cheer up the good that happened, and appreciate how nice it is to celebrate the good. (Then, refreshed, you can turn your attention to the bad things again. But maybe wait until morning. After all, you drank.)
