Try These Mini LEGO Challenges From Master Builders
What’s your current situation with LEGO? In my house, the number of LEGOs increased so much during the pandemic that I had to create additional display racks in my basement because my son’s LEGO table, chest of drawers, bookshelf and window sills were no longer enough to display all of his favorites. (I also plan on putting up some shelves in my home office to show off Hogwarts and other Harry Potter builds, but I’m not angry about that.)
I’m not the only parent of a bored child who now has a lot of LEGOs at their disposal, so the LEGOLAND California Resort DIYers take part in our kids’ weekly building challenges. So far, issues have included:

In each one to three minute video, the master builder lays out the parts they will use for viewers to see before they start building, but the idea is not only to dig those exact parts out of your cache and follow the instructions. Instead, kids can find inspiration and creative tips with their very own LEGOs and create their own unique versions of that week’s project.
At least it’s mesmerizing how the craftsmen build something so quickly and confidently – without instructions!
