Use Rollers and Tongs to Remove Dust From Hard-to-Reach Places
If you have allergies, chances are your entire house is hidden in dust.
The video above demonstrates some of our favorite dust removal techniques:
- Use fabric softener or drying wipes to wipe down surfaces – their anti-static properties will prevent dust from sticking.
- Wrap your tongs with paper towels to clean narrow areas such as vents and blinds.
- Use a lint roller on lampshades or curtains.
- Blow out hidden dust from radiators with a hair dryer.
Most of the time, dust ends up in an easily recyclable material – and you can see how much dust you’ve collected. Achoo!
