How to Make Taco Bell Crunchwrap Supreme

I’ve been a longtime fan of Taco Bell’s Crunchwrap Supreme. This is silly. It has sour cream in it. It’s in an interesting, supposedly portable form. It has a lot of stuff in it, but the Taco Bell meat doesn’t have much flavor and the cheese sauce could have been added with a little pizza. To make Crunchwrap almost tasteful, we’ve made two big changes. First, we toasted the beef and added some cinnamon to the usual taco seasoning. We then used melting salts to turn the fancy cheese into a sticky queso, and then folded it all into this famous hexagon along with grated lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
