Merriam-Webster is back on track, adding hundreds of new words to her English vocabulary, a process she calls “a happy fact of life for a living language.” We share their enthusiasm for the new words. There are some really obscure words like rhotic and non-rhotic (these are linguistic things). But there are also some super useful words, including:
